Shipping is Calculated based on the number or packages and overall volume and weight. We endeavour to provide a flat rate regardless of geographical location in Australia mainland.

Pick up from the ESA warehouse (Sydney) is possible, free of charge and needs to be pre-arranged in all circumstances.

Goods in Stock are dispatched within 5 working days and shipping can take an additional 3-7 working days depending on location. If an item is out of stock, or if it a special order item, lead times of up to approx. 13 weeks will apply. We will notify you by email if this is the case, within 3 working days of your order, with an ETA for delivery.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, delivery of the goods shall be made by courier to the delivery address provided by the customer. ESA uses a variety of courier companies to deliver the most economical delivery options.

6.1.1 The delivery of the items purchased by the customer takes place in the case of a payment by bank transfer or eWay within seven working days after receipt of payment, unless in connection with the article offer a longer delivery time is explicitly indicated. Longer delivery may occur in case items purchased are not in stock or are available via special order.
6.2.1 The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration or damage of the sold item is transferred to the courier upon collection or the goods or with the customer if picking up goods from our warehouse or showroom. ESA ceases all liability for damage, loss and deterioration of goods once items are transferred to the courier or authorised collection party.
6.2.2 For deliveries to consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold always passes to the consumer upon transfer of the goods to the consumer.
6.2.3 With regard to the assumption of risk, it is the same for the transfer if the customer is in default of acceptance.

6.3, due to the nature of our products we sell, does not offer returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully, as purchases, once made, can not be changed. At the sole discretion of and it’s parent company ESA, in certain circumstances will offer a return and either credit or refund, with a 25% restocking fee.
6.3.1 Any return must be accepted by in writing, and an offer of credit or partial refund be made to the consumer.
6.3.2 Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused condition and with all original stickers/labels and other marketing and/or instruction material.
6.3.3 Return freight is borne by the consumer, and in the event of non acceptance of the condition of the item, freight charges will apply for a return or disposal of goods.

6.4 For all Deliveries via courier, ESA takes out, at its own cost and discretion, insurance with a third party, on the customers behalf, for accidental loss or damage of goods.
6.4.1 The customer consents to ESA purchasing insurance on behalf of the customer and agrees to the administration of the insurance by NTI, the chosen transit insurer.
6.4.2 In the event of accidental loss or damage in transit, the customer agrees to truthfully lodge a claim with the insurer and provide all supporting documents and evidence as required. All claims for accidental loss or damage must be notified to the Insurer and ESA within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods, after which time all claims for loss or damage in transit will no longer be valid.

Terms Of Payment

Payment for goods needs to be received and cleared prior to shipping of goods. ESA accepts the following methods of payment:

  • eWAY – credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard and American Express
